As of the October 2021 General Meeting, the neighborhood voted to allow the use of all black metal mailboxes for houses currently using Birdhouse style mailboxes. Please find the links below to already approved solutions for mailbox replacement. Mailbox and Sign Solutions in Oviedo is the preferred mailbox provider for Country Club Village, but homeowners may source mailboxes from their choice of vendors.
